GENERAL TERMS . . .- The artist has the right to decline, cancel, and refund the commission at any time.- The artist retains rights to the illustration, and may display and publish it for present and future portfolios.- The final product is for personal and non-commercial use only. Rights must be purchased for commercial use.- The client may post the illustration on social media, use as an icon & banner, make personal merch, etc.- The client may NOT use the illustration for anything related to NFT, crypto, or AI.- The client is responsible to cover Ko-fi and PayPal transaction fees. You may refer to this PayPal Fee Calculator as reference.- Commissions related to Horropedia have 10% off. This is only applicable if you mention the 'h0rr07' anywhere in the form, dm, or email.
PAYMENT . . .- I accept Payment methods via Ko-fi, PayPal, GCash, and card payments.
- 100% upfront payment. I will start on the commission once it is fully paid. If the commission is over 150 USD, down payment may be an option.

   • Commercial use (+200%)- Flat & simple backgrounds and transparent backgrounds are free of charge.
- Maximum of two (2) additional characters.
- Additional characters on chubs will cost 7 USD per character.
- Watermark removal will not qualify as commercial usage.
COPYRIGHT AND USAGE . . .- The Artist maintains all rights to the illustration. They may use it for reasons including but not restricted to:
   • Publish the commissioned work on my website and social media
   • Attach the commissioned work to present and future portfoliosClients may:
   • Post the commissioned work on any website or social media with proper credit or watermarked artwork.
   • Print and use the artwork for display for personal use.
   • Use the artwork as avatar, icon, social media banner, and phone/desktop wallpaper, etc.
   • Use the artwork for video edits, photo edits, or GIFs for personal use.Clients may NOT:
   • Repaint over the artwork (e.g. removing watermarks and signatures)
   • Take credit for the artwork.
   • Distribute and reproduce the artwork for any commercial purposes unless paid for commercial rights.
   • Use the artwork for anything AI, NFT, or Crypto related.^{_{/!\ Violations of these terms will have the client lose all rights to the usage of the artwork and will be blacklisted from commissioning the artist again.}}
PROCESS AND REVISION . . .- The canvas size stated in the pricelist is the minimum size of the piece, but may be adjusted to an extent depending on the composition. This has no charge.- A commission is estimated to take 1-6 weeks. It may take longer or shorter depending on the queue and complexity.- Clients will receive progress updates and will be asked for feedback. Additionally, clients can check the progress through a provided spreadsheet.- Clients can request unlimited revisions of pose drafts at no extra charge.- Minor revisions, such as:
   • adjusting small accessories
   • changing colors
   • tweaking small detailsCan be made at no extra charge during the later stages of the process.- Major revisions are only allowed during the sketching phase. Examples of major revisions include but is not limited to:
   • changing the character's clothing design
   • altering the character's angle
   • altering the piece's perspective viewThese changes may incur additional fees, which will be discussed beforehand.- The Artist is not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished artwork if no feedback was given to amend it.- The final piece will be sent to your specified email address in PNG format.

CANCELLATION POLICY . . .- Clients are recommended to cancel commission orders before the artist begins work on the piece.- Full refunds will not be guaranteed once the commission has started. Depending on the progress of the piece, a percentage of the payment will be returned.- In the event that the artist cancels the commission, a full refund will be granted.- Strictly no chargebacks without prior confirmation and discussion.^{_{/!\ If a chargeback is requested without confirmation, the client will lose all rights to the usage of the artwork and will be blacklisted from commissioning the artist again.}}
COMMERCIAL USE . . .- Please discuss your proposed project in detail through email or DM.
- Commercial works will be charged +200% on top of the final price.
- Commercial use includes but is not limited to:
   • art for monetized youtube channel
   • art used for streams
   • usage on any type of merch
   • promotional content
   • business profiles
   • game art

Alternatively, I also have a GCash for PH clients.May i commission you something similar to your past work?  A: Yes! If you want a piece that has a similar style, feeling, or pose to one of my previous artworks, you are encouraged to tell me!May i set a deadline?  A: Yes, but please no deadlines under one week unless its a sketch or a chub commission.How long will my commission take?
  A: Your commission will roughly take around 1-6 weeks but it's highly dependant on the queue, complexity, or personal reasons. While I ensure to finish my commissions promptly while retaining the quality, I am currently in college so please understand if it takes a while.May i post the illustration i commissioned you?  A: Yes! Please remember to credit me!How many edits/tweaks can i make?  A: You're free to make as many as you like during the sketching.
